US law, digital products such as software licenses are non-refundable once download, activation, or delivery has occurred — unless the product is faulty or not as described.
By purchasing from Buydigital.fun you agree to waive your 14-day “cooling-off” period once the product key or license is delivered and/or activated, in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
If your key has not been delivered or activated, you may request a refund within 7 calendar days of purchase.
Eligibility for Refund
We offer refunds under the following circumstances:
The license key has not been delivered or is not working, and we cannot replace it within a reasonable timeframe.
You contact us within 7 calendar days of your order with a valid reason.
The product is not as described or materially defective, and we are unable to resolve the issue.Refunds will not be issued for:
Keys that were successfully delivered and activated.
Buyer error (e.g., incompatible software, incorrect version).
