How do I make a purchase?

4. After payment confirmation, your product key is emailed to you.
Can I buy in bulk?

When will I receive my product key?

Refunds, Returns & Problems
I received a key but it’s not working. What should I do?
First, double-check for typos or extra spaces when entering the code. If it still fails, contact us with the order details and a screenshot if possible. We will replace the key or refund when the issue is verified.
I ordered the wrong product. Can I change it?
If the key has NOT been issued yet, we can cancel or adjust your order. Once the key is sent, we cannot change it unless the key is defective.
Can I get a refund?
Refunds are provided when a key is proven defective. Otherwise sales are final once the key is sent.
